Laser and Ink Cartridge Quality Guarantee! 

We guarantee that your ink or laser cartridge is free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
 
Our compatible ink and toner cartridges are brand new (not refilled) and manufactured under ISO 9001/ISO14001/STMC stringent quality control standards, assuring performance that equals or exceeds original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications.
 
All remanufactured cartridges are inspected, cleaned, filled, post-tested and sealed before shipping.
 
Our inkjet cartridges are fully compatible with OEM cartridges and provide comparable print yield and quality as an OEM counterpart.

All our ink & toner products are backed by 'INK PRO CANADA' for a full one-year, unconditional 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you aren’t absolutely satisfied, we will gladly replace your product or give your money back. Unlike many of our competitors, we will not charge you a restocking fee. We recommend that you thoroughly research the product you are considering purchasing to ensure its quality and compatibility.
 
If any items are damaged during shipment, we will send you a replacement item. You must notify us via e-mail within 24 hours of receipt if your item is damaged. Simply e-mail us at service@InkProCanada.com or call our toll-free customer service hotline at 1-866-626-8813. Please do not discard of the packaging or item accessories for at least 30 days. IT MAY BE NEEDED LATER. HOLD ON TO THE ORIGINAL BOXES AND PACKAGING. We will only accept a return if the item is in the original manufacturer’s packaging.
 
Please note the following restrictions in order to receive a replacement or refund:
 
 •We will issue a replacement ink or toner cartridge to the customer upon receipt of the original, as described in our shipping & returns policy.
 
•All returned ink cartridges must be returned at least 75% full. We will test the returned cartridge with our measuring and testing methods to ensure it meets our expectations. Cartridges that are more than 25% used may not be returned.
 
•If you have made an error and ordered the wrong product from our website, you will need to call or email us to request return instructions. The product must be returned within 30 days from the date of the purchase and it must be in its original packing. Customer must pay shipping cost to our warehouse.
 
•Special order items and discontinued items are not returnable.
 
•Defective cartridges (on average there is one defective cartridge in every 1000 sold cartridges) may be returned for replacement. Cartridges that are more than 25% used may not be returned as defective.
 
Please contact us before mailing back an item. Do NOT return any product without prior authorization. Should a return, replacement or exchange be necessary, we shall provide instructions on how to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) - just email us at service@InkProCanada.com or call our customer service toll-free number at 1-866-626-8813.
