Shipping is FREE for ALL orders* to any address in Central Canada (Ontario and Quebec), shipped via Purolator, or UPS (the courier used depends on products purchased and your location. In some cases, they may be shipped by Canada Post). To ship anywhere else in Canada, you will be charged a small flat rate of $8.99! For deliveries to addresses outside of Canada, shipping rates may vary, so please contact us for shipping cost. We do NOT ship to P.O. boxes or APO FPO addresses.
Tracking the status of your order is available online; simply click on “My Account” located on the top header of our site. Tracking numbers will be e-mailed to you upon shipment. It may take up to 24 hours before the package is checked into the carrier’s tracking system. In some instances, your package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you, but the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 24 hours. Orders can be expected to arrive within 1-5 business days, depending on your geographic location.
All orders received and approved on regular business days before 1:30pm will be shipped the same business day where we have stock available. We will not charge your credit card until the day of shipping. If your item is not available in stock, you will receive an e-mail no later than the working day after your order, confirming the estimated ship date. Once the item is shipped, you will receive an e-mail giving shipping details.
If you want your order faster, overnight shipping is available for an additional charge. Call us at 1-866-626-8813 or e-mail your request to sales@InkProCanada.com.
Note: Our couriers leave by 1:45pm. If you need to ensure your order is sent out as quickly as possible, please try to order as early as possible. Orders placed close to the time our couriers leave may not be shipped out that day. Orders placed after 1:30 PM or on holidays will ship the next business day. Orders placed on a Friday, or orders submitted on weekends will not process until the next business day. We do not offer pickup facilities or customer organized couriers.
Once a package leaves our warehouse it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. The carrier is responsible for any unforeseen delays in your order's arrival or in case of a lost package; we will not be held responsible or liable. Please allow 7 business days for packages to be delivered. After 7 business days from the shipment date, send an e-mail to our sales department (sales@InkProCanada.com) or call us toll-free at 1-866-626-8813 and we will do our best to resolve the dispute. Please note that we cannot cancel your order after it has been shipped, but you can return your order after you receive it and get an RMA, the cost of which will be borne by the customer.

Returns / Order cancellation / Product exchange
You can return our goods if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, at any time within "one full year" of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Please contact us before sending an item back. Do NOT return any product that you have ordered without prior authorization. Should a return, replacement or exchange be necessary, we shall provide instructions on how to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) - just e-mail us at service@InkProCanada.com or call our toll-free number, 1-866-626-8813. You will be issued a FREE (paid by 'Ink Pro Canada') mail-back label to send back your cartridges by Canada Post. Please note that otherwise agreed, all shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer (except defective products). If a product is determined to have been misused or over 25% depleted, no refund will be issued. If the product has been refilled or tampered with in any way it will be rejected.
If you wish to cancel your order:
You must notify us by e-mail at service@InkProCanada.com before we have dispatched the goods to you; or, where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning them in accordance with the clause below.
The rights to return the goods will not apply in the following circumstances:
• In the event that the product has been used.
• To any discontinued items or special order item(s) that we have made specifically for you.
Upon receipt of the goods, we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required, less the shipping costs. This is also relevant to 'ALL' returning products.
All refundable, non-defective products must be returned within 30 days from the date of the purchase and must be sealed in original packing. The cost of returning goods to our warehouse shall be borne by you, the customer.
If any items are damaged during shipment, we will ship you another item. You must notify us via e-mail within 24 hours of receipt if your item is damaged. Simply e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call our toll-free customer service hotline at 1-866-626-8813. Do not throw away ANY packaging of the item for 30 days, it may be needed later. Hold onto the original boxes and packaging. We will only accept a refund if it is returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging.
If an order has shipped, it is the purchaser's responsibility to accept the shipment and return the order per our return policy. Orders that are refused at the designated shipping address will incur a $8.99 shipping fee.
If your order was shipped by Canada Post (your order confirmation e-mail will detail this), please note that it can take up to seven days for delivery.
If your order hasn't arrived after 7 working days have passed, we can file a claim to Canada Post for a lost delivery. This would include a written confirmation from you to confirm non-receipt of the order (a form you need to fill in and return). It is important that you complete this form and return it.
Once the seven work day delivery time has been exceeded, we're able to offer a replacement order or a refund and our customer services team will arrange this for you.

*No minimum purchase required for free shipping; however, a small 'Low Order Fee' of just $1.99 applies to orders less than $10.00. This helps us to cover our high shipping costs with smaller orders, which allows us to offer competitive pricing on regular orders. Our suggestion to our valued customers is to order more at once instead of ordering one piece at a time, so you'll avoid being charged this little fee. Thank you for your understanding!
