Same-day Delivery Policy (for Local Montreal Customers Only):
1. Free Same-day Delivery on orders placed by noon (12 h 00). Orders placed after noon will be delivered the next business day.
2. We only accept Same-day orders placed online, no phone orders. We will be glad to check stock on any item via email or phone, but the order must be placed online.
3. Delivery is generally between 13 h 00 and 17 h 00. Goods will not be left without the receiver’s signature to confirm delivery, so someone must be present to accept delivery. If no one is present at the delivery address, a redelivery fee of $6.99 may be charged.
4. No Minimum Order Amount for same day delivery; however, a small 'Low Order Fee' of just $1.99 applies to orders less than $10.00.
5. Emergency orders can also be handled via email at any time during business hours.
6. This delivery service is available on business days (Monday to Friday), except for Canadian Holidays.
7. Orders are shipped to residential and business physical street addresses only, no deliveries to P.O. Boxes.
Whilst we make every effort to keep to the delivery timescales, factors beyond our control can occasionally extend delivery times. We will always do our best to notify you if a delivery time is likely to be extended.
- A recipient is not available or if the recipient's address is not correct.
- Item/s became out of stock. (In rare instances a product may be sold which is already out of stock, we will notify you by email as soon as possible).
- If there is a problem with your payment or when additional verification of billing information is necessary.
