Q. What sort of guarantee/warrantee do I get on products?
A. We only supply the best compatible products available in the world. We do not supply refillables. In the interest of quality, InkProCanada.com refuses to sell refillable cartridges and refill kits for Inkjet and Laser Printers. Research has shown that the inks used for this type of replacement method are of an inferior quality and have been inadequately refined. Due to this, the print heads on the inkjet printer that transport the ink from the cartridge to the paper get blocked and subsequently are damaged. The inks also do not dry properly and do not absorb easily into the paper, causing damage to the printer rollers, reprints and increased maintenance costs. This cost-saving method ends up costing you more money! So when you buy our products you are guaranteed to get the highest quality cartridges available worldwide.

Q. What is your Satisfaction Guarantee?

Q. How much is shipping on my order?
A. Shipping is FREE To ANY order shipped to Ontario and Quebec. To all other provinces we charge a small flat rate of $8.99 shipping, regardless of the order size.
Q. How long will shipping/delivery take?
A. As soon as your payment is approved, our shipping department starts to process your order. If you place your order before 1:30pm, we will ship out all in-stock items the same day and they will be delivered in Montreal and surrounding areas on the next business day; in other regions, orders will be delivered in just a few days. Orders placed after 1:30pm will be shipped on the next business day. All orders are shipped with UPS or Purolator. You can use the UPS/Purolator Tracking System to give you detailed information on the delivery arrival. Just log in to “My Account” and click on your tracking number. We try our best to minimize delivery time to make our shoppers and clients as satisfied as possible. You should always expect a 1- to 3-day delivery time. Please note that some orders that require payment verification may take extra processing time. Same-day fast or overnight shipments with UPS are available ONLY when calling 1-866-626-8813, or e-mail us directly at Sales@InkProCanada.com. Costs vary depending on the amount and weight of items being shipped.
Q. What credit cards and payment methods do you accept?
A. Currently we accept Visa Discover and MasterCard. We also accept PayPal payment via our secure online order form. If you like to place an order on the phone or use other payment methods, please contact us via our online contact form. We will give you a call within 24 hours. If you prefer to pay by personal check or money order, please make it payable to ink Pro Canada and mail to our mailing address.
Please include your invoice number on your payment to ensure prompt and accurate application of payment. If the check is returned from the bank with non-sufficient funds, a $25.00 non-sufficient funds/returned fee will be added to the account. Items paid by check will not be shipped until the check has cleared.

Q. I can't remember my login details. How do I reset them?
A. You'll need to call us on 1-866-626-8813 (or 514-228-3954) from Mon-Fri, 9:00am-4:00pm (EST) to reset your login details. Our Customer Service team will reset them while on the phone with you.
Q. I've forgotten my password. How can I have it reset?
A. Go to the LOGIN page and enter your e-mail address, then click on the link "forgotten your password?" You will receive your new password by e-mail within minutes.
